LIMITED WARRANTY

Palatial Furniture warrants this product to the original retail purchaser as follows:

1. LIMITED-LIFETIME WARRANTY:  The wooden frame parts, springs, padding and filling materials are warranted against defective materials and workmanship for the useful life-of-the-piece, based on reasonable use. Palatial Furniture will, at its option, repair the defect or replace the part that is defective.
2. LIMITED-LIFETIME WARRANTY:  All seat cushion cores are covered by a limited warranty.
3. 5-YEAR WARRANTY:  The reclining mechanism and swivel/tilt mechanism are warranted against defective materials or workmanship for five years from original purchase date, based on reasonable use. Palatial Furniture will, at its option, repair the part or replace the part or mechanism that is defective.

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS:

This warranty does NOT include:

1. The wearing quality, durability, and color fastness of Leathers.
2. Any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance, cleaning or care.
3. Any condition resulting from other than ordinary residential wear, or from any use for which the product was not designed.
4. Palatial Furniture is NOT responsible for fading or discoloration of leather due to sunlight (direct or indirect) or body oils.
5. Palatial Furniture is NOT responsible for inspection, pick up and delivery charges for local repairs under the above warranty.

Palatial Furniture's obligation under this Warranty is limited to repair or replacement in accordance with the terms of this warranty. There are no warranties, either expressed or implied, offered by Palatial Furniture other than those herein described. Coverage under this Warranty does not include incidental or consequential damages other than the coverage described above. Some states do not allow limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
